Our Marketing & Communications Coordinator plays a vital role in our firm’s growth. Managing internal initiatives and projects, coordinating communication with internal and external stakeholders, managing social media platforms and supporting business expansion initiatives provide an exciting marketing career where no two days are the same.
Key areas of responsibility:
Support planning and implementation of content calendar including industry reports, insights, articles, blog posts, podcasts and others.
Managing Social Media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
Creating marketing content and creative writing (presentations, press releases etc.)
Managing email marketing campaigns
Support in planning and coordinating quarterly events and managing event operations (Open Houses, Speaker Series, others)
Collaborating closely with leadership to increase market exposure and new business, raise brand awareness and drive strategic partnerships
Support development and preparation of RFP proposal deliverables
Building branding strategies and content plans to support Dominican Republic office
Identifying marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation

What we are looking for:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent work experience
0-3 years of work experience in advertising, social media marketing, content creation, or journalism
Problem Solver - Capacity to apply knowledge and skills to solve complex problems
Team Player - Ability to build and manage relationships effectively with team and partners
High self-motivation for learning, and setting and achieving challenging goals
Compelled to excel and succeed in every task at hand
Thrives in an entrepreneurial, results-oriented environment
Proficient use of content management systems, social media platforms, design software, and MS Office Suite.
Creative production experience or knowledge is a plus (Photography, creative writing)
Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
